Join us online to breathe and stretch it out. Prioritize your self-care, manage stress and embrace a relaxed pace in our weekly class!

All classes can be completed from a chair or other positions as needed for your body. ALL bodies are welcome!​

Equipment Needed: yoga mat, yoga blocks (or sturdy props to support you - books, boxes etc.)

Stretches & Meditation for Anxiety

Equipment Needed: yoga mat, yoga blocks (or sturdy props to support you - books, boxes etc.), pillow and blanket


November 23rd

Upper Body Stretches

Equipment Needed: yoga mat, strap (or a belt, scarf or towel)

Loving Kindness Routine

You can drop in on any of our classes (great for trying it out) OR, if you're looking to establish a regular routine and want to benefit from regular stretching and self-care practices, you can join us weekly with our All Access Monthly Pass! Join us from anywhere - all you need is internet access and a device to stream the class on (phone, tablet, laptop).
