  • Enjoy our themed ‘Stretch & Unwind’ recorded classes! Lori will lead you in a series of stretches, breathing exercises and meditations to help you move your body in a gentle way; helping to deal with stiff, achy muscles, anxiety, low mood and stress. Gentle movement is a GREAT way to help your mind and body feel better!

    Very minimal equipment is needed to follow each recording. Please read the details under each video for what equipment is used - items we often use include: a yoga mat, tennis ball and strap.

Talk It Out

  • Enjoy our guided self care strategies from our weekly ‘Talk It Out’ sessions.

    Recordings include practices such as: meditations, body scans, guided journaling and more.

Strengthen to the Beat

  • Enjoy recordings from our seasonal Strengthen to the Beat Programs!

    Each program contains a playlist of choreographed tracks to which you will complete exercises (like lifting weights) to the beat. It’s a total body workout!

    These recordings are for you if you: are motivated by music, want to build total body strength, have experience with using weights and can work out independently in a safe manner and have relatively full mobility (you do not rely on the use of a wheelchair).

    Minimal equipment is needed to follow each recording. Please read the details under each video for what equipment is used - items we often use include: a yoga mat and dumbbells (free weights).
