This online (Zoom) weekly workshop will teach you strategies and skills that will help you manage your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Each week we'll share and practice 1 strategy that will help you:

  1. manage stress and anxiety

  2. manage your emotions

  3. improve your self esteem

  4. build health supporting habits

  5. prioritize self-care

*When you register, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the Zoom meeting link. You will also receive an email reminder 1 day before each workshop.

Cost: $10+tax All FFF programs are Passport Funding eligible.
