This online (Zoom) weekly workshop will teach you strategies and skills that will help you: manage your mental and emotional wellbeing - feelings of stress, anxiety etc. -, improve your self esteem, build health supporting habits and prioritize self care..

The theme of our conversations for March sessions is “Masking” - hiding or camouflaging your emotions, personality or behaviour to conform to social pressures.
