1:1 Supportive Services:
This includes all 1:1 Supportive Services (both online and in person) such as:
- Life Skills,
- Recreational/Respite and
- Fitness Coaching
Our 1:1 Supportive Services are scheduled on a monthly basis with clients. You must notify your Service Provider 5 business days (Monday - Friday) before the end of the month of any dates you will be unavailable for your regularly scheduled sessions in the following month, or else your regular session will still be charged to your account.
For example, your sessions run weekly on Tuesdays at 1:00pm and you know that you have an appointment on Tuesday October 8th. You must let Lori know no later than September 25th (OR whichever weekday - Monday to Friday - immediately precedes it) or else your regular session will be charged to your account.
This also applies should you choose to cancel your regularly scheduled sessions altogether.
This policy is not intended to penalize anyone who experiences schedule changes, but rather, to promote responsible decision making in those who attend our services and to honour our time as service providers. In some circumstances, we may be able to provide flexibility and reschedule your session for another day during the week it is to take place, but this depends on the availability of the Service Provider.
Other:
We understand that “life happens” and there may be exceptional circumstances (such as emergency related situations) which prevent you from attending a pre-paid/pre-booked program, event or 1:1 Supportive Service, and so we ask that you reach out to lori@funfearlessfemales.ca as we may credit your account on a case-by-case basis.
Fun Fearless Females reserves the right to cancel pre-booked programs and services in unavoidable situations (examples include: low registration, personal emergency, extreme weather conditions etc.). If this occurs your account will be credited with the full amount of the event or 1:1 fee. No credit/refund will be given if services are being canceled due to the participant presenting a threat or causing harm to Fun Fearless Females’ staff, volunteers, participants or members of the outside community.
If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact lori@funfearlessfemales.ca for more information.
Late Payment Policy
Payments must be received on or before the due dates specified on all invoices sent by Fun Fearless Females. If payment is not received by the scheduled due date, you will receive three email reminders:
Email Reminder #1 will be sent on the original due date
Email Reminder #2 will be sent 3 days after the original due date
FINAL REMINDER (Email #3) will be sent 6 days after the original due date.
Failure to send payment by the extended due date (3 days from when the Final Reminder email was sent) will result in a $20.00+hst administrative fee for each occurrence. This fee will be applied to the individual's account who is accessing Fun Fearless Females services and if payment can not be made on or before the dates specified, they may be asked by Fun Fearless Females staff not to attend services or programs until their account has returned to good standing (paid in full).
This policy is not intended to penalize anyone who experiences difficulties in making payments on time, but rather, to promote responsible decision making in those who attend our services and/or make payments on their behalf and to honour our time as service providers. We do not want finances to be a barrier in attending our programming so please let us know if you need support with or experience difficulties in making payments for their scheduled due dates - we are here to help and provide flexibility when we can!
If you have any questions regarding this policy please email lori@funfearlessfemales.ca.
